Information collected
The form may collect your name, company or project name, email address, phone number, requested service, indicative budget, timeline, project description, how you found Studio Rage and your consent. Technical information required for the operation and security of the website may also be processed by the hosting provider.
Purposes of processing
This information is used only to receive and process your enquiry, reply to you, assess the project, prepare a discussion or quotation and follow the project. It is not sold, used for advertising or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Confidentiality and recipients
The information is accessible only to Studio Rage and, where necessary to deliver the project, to people directly involved in the service. It is not shared outside that context.
Hosting and technical processor
The website, form and email services are hosted or operated using services provided by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. Infomaniak acts as the technical service provider. No separate external form-delivery service is used. Studio Rage remains responsible for how the website and form are configured and used.
Retention
Where an enquiry receives no further reply or does not lead to continuation of a project, the enquiry data and related correspondence are deleted no later than one week after the enquiry. Where a project continues, useful information is retained until delivery of the service and then deleted, except where a separate legal obligation requires certain administrative, contractual or accounting records to be retained. The data is not shared for commercial purposes.
External website previews
The portfolio includes interactive previews of external websites. When these previews are loaded, the relevant websites may receive certain technical information and apply their own privacy rules. Studio Rage does not currently use analytics or behavioural-advertising tools on this website.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to processing where applicable law permits. Send your request to hello@studiorage.ch.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorised access, abuse and disclosure. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
